As a Grinder, you'll play a key role in shaping, smoothing, and preparing metal parts for welding, painting, or assembly. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy hands-on work in a busy fabrication environment, we want to hear from you!
salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Operate bench grinders, angle grinders, and other finishing tools to remove excess material, burrs, and welds.
- Smooth and shape metal parts according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintain grinding equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and job instructions.
- Perform routine checks and report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and machinists to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and workshop protocols.
