Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock movement, and ensuring data integrity.
- Supplier Management: Collaborating with suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing deliveries.
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and supervising inventory staff, delegating tasks, and creating schedules.
- Process Improvement: Developing and implementing inventory control procedures, optimizing storage and handling, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Generating reports on inventory levels, turnover, and other key metrics.
- Automotive experience is a bonus but not required.
