Are you a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist with a passion for precision and problem-solving? We’re looking for an experienced Set-Up Machinist to join our growing team. If you take pride in setting up complex parts, optimizing cycle times, and keeping tight tolerances, we want to hear from you. What You Bring:

• 3+ years of CNC lathe set-up experience (HAAS, Okuma, Doosan, etc.)
  
  
• Understanding of speeds, feeds, and tooling
  
  
• Ability to read micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments
  
  
• Working knowledge of G&M codes
  
  
• Experience holding tight tolerances (+/- .001 or better)
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is a plus)

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes according to blueprints, specs, and job travelers
  
  
• Select and install tooling, make offsets, and perform first-piece inspections
  
  
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and G-code programs
  
  
• Troubleshoot machining problems and adjust programs as needed
  
  
• Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety protocols
