Your ability to operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks will be key, and forklift certification is a big plus!

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Warehouse/Retail Associate (HVAC)
- Customer Service: Assist customers on the sales floor and at the counter with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Retail Operations: Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain a tidy and organized storefront/showroom.
- Warehouse Duties: Perform essential warehouse functions including receiving incoming shipments, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for pickup or delivery.
- Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts if certified) to move and store HVAC parts and materials.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate stock levels for HVAC products and supplies.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and apply basic knowledge of HVAC components, tools, and materials to assist customers and manage inventory effectively.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in both the warehouse and retail areas, adhering to all company safety protocols.
