We are looking for an independent thinker with a proactive approach to engineering:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks is essential.
- 3+ years of Microsoft Suites experience; Apple software experience is a plus.
- 3+ years using AcctVantage or other ERP software.
- An independent thinking approach, self-motivated, a self-starter, and a team player.
- An assertive attitude in all engineering aspects.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task and re-prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CNC programming and operational experience is a plus.
salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
As a Design Engineer, you will be instrumental in product innovation and support, with responsibilities including:
- Handling daily troubleshooting calls with customers in a friendly and effective manner.
- Efficiently and effectively updating existing drawings, plans, and build books.
- Creating drawings, plans, and build books from initial concept discussions.
- Keeping all drawings, plans, and build books current and up to date.
- Evaluating manufacturing part layouts and methods, utilizing knowledge of materials formation, fabrication processes, tooling, production equipment capabilities, and assembly methods to ensure efficient and cost-effective assembly.
- Effectively troubleshooting existing product challenges/issues to determine root cause and actionable solutions.
- Running documented quality tests to prove reliability on new and existing products.
- Working independently in a constant improvement environment, providing actionable engineering solutions.
