You’ll ensure raw materials like bottles and fluids are always in stock and help schedule on-time shipments — including international.

Responsibilities
Overview:
The Assistant PC Production Planner will support the planning, scheduling, and material management of Prestone’s Performance Chemical production line. This role is essential in maintaining the daily and long-term production flow by coordinating raw material inventories, forecasting, scheduling shipments, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily and long-term PC production planning based on forecast and demand
Monitor materials including bottles, fluids, and other production commodities
Maintain accurate raw material inventories; conduct regular physical counts
Generate purchase orders and reconcile inventory/invoicing issues
Coordinate shipping/receiving to support on-time delivery
Participate in planning for international shipments
Work cross-functionally with the Supply Chain and PMO teams
Support ERP/MRP functions and maintain item planning parameters
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a Production Planning role
High school diploma or equivalent
ERP/MRP system experience (JDEdwards preferred)
strong MS Office and Excel skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Forklift certification is a plus
