We are seeking an experienced Electric Motor Rewinder to join our team! This role involves disassembling and inspecting motors, rewinding stator and rotor coils for industrial compressors and HVAC systems, applying insulation and varnish, and performing electrical tests. Candidates should have 3+ years of motor rewinding experience, knowledge of AC/DC motor repair, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. Experience with HVAC compressors and trade school training is a plus. Full-time position with competitive pay and a supportive shop environment. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble motors and compressors to access internal windings
  
  
• Remove and document existing windings
  
  
• Rewind stator and rotor coils using proper techniques and specifications
  
  
• Perform insulation, varnishing, and curing of rewound coils
  
  
• Use hand tools and specialized winding machinery
  
  
• Conduct electrical tests (e.g., megohmmeter, surge tester) to ensure performance
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and winding specifications
  
  
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  
  
• Assist with additional motor shop tasks as needed
