Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe or Mill machines
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures
- 2-3 years of CNC machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe or Mill machines to produce precision metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine machining requirements
- Load raw materials and tooling into machines, ensuring proper alignment and secure fixturing
- Monitor machine operation during the production run to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor program edits as needed
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to machine performance, tooling, or part quality
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure proper operation and longevity
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality control, and other team members to meet production goals
- Ensure work area is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards
