Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, facilitate and provide front line operations leadership.
Ensure precise and clear communication regarding production, efficiency, quality and safety. See that all
work is in accordance to established procedures.
Responsible for training of new and junior production personnel.
Control the production process by inspecting and checking product and the machine conditions accurately
ensuring adherence to standards including use of measurement equipment. Ensure proper handling and
movement of finished product through production process.
Troubleshoot production line, analyze machine and process problems, pose/implement solutions in a
timely manner to minimize downtime and scrap.
Operate materials handling system from railcar unloading
Ability to operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
