Responsibilities
The performance coach is assigned to a specific work area; or, he or she has the responsibility of impacting an entire shift or department (depending on the operational complexity). The function and expectations of a non-unit-producing performance coach are: Acts as on-site support for adidas’ supervisors to help improve performance through coaching and reinforcing desirable behaviors. Attends pre-shift meetings to update Randstad talent about any changes in the workplace environment or adidas expectations.
