The function and expectations of a non-unit-producing performance coach are: Acts as on-site support for adidas’ supervisors to help improve performance through coaching and reinforcing desirable behaviors. Attends pre-shift meetings to update Randstad talent about any changes in the workplace environment or adidas expectations. Monitors production metrics and coaches talent on team goals and sets expectations on these metrics. Provides the site management team with specific details on skill sets needed and real work issues faced by employees. Observes and coaches talent as needed to reinforce safe work behaviors or correct undesirable behaviors. Observes talent in work area to ensure they are working safely. Ensures the safety of talent by promoting safe operations. Observes, monitors, and reports to the supervisor any safety hazards which may cause injury.

salary: $19 - $19.4 per hour
