salary: $52,000 - $58,240 per year

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with production supervisors to strategically schedule maintenance, minimizing disruptions to production.
  
  
• Apply a working knowledge of 5S principles to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
  
  
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of OEM preventative maintenance requirements for all machinery.
  
  
• Generate comprehensive lists of materials needed for approved maintenance projects.
  
  
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the plastic injection molding process and press operation.
  
  
• Closely observe production and implement changes to correct equipment operating problems.
  
  
• Investigate the root causes of equipment failures, leading or assisting other mechanics in repair procedures and implementing corrective measures.
  
  
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and be willing to work outside of normal hours as required.
  
  
• Effectively manage job-related stress and foster positive interactions with colleagues in the workplace.
