Our client is seeking a meticulous technician to perform essential repairs, fine-tune adjustments, expertly troubleshoot issues, and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance. Your critical contributions will directly guarantee the uninterrupted creation of top-tier plastic bedside medical products.  

salary: $52,000 - $58,240 per year

work hours: 10:30 PM - 6 AM

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with production supervisors to strategically schedule and execute maintenance, ensuring minimal disruptions to output.
  
  
• Apply a working knowledge of 5S principles to maintain an exceptionally organized and efficient workspace.
  
  
• Demonstrate a complete and thorough understanding of OEM preventative maintenance requirements for all machinery.
  
  
• Accurately generate comprehensive lists of materials required for approved maintenance projects.
  
  
• Possess extensive knowledge of the plastic injection molding process and press operation, including nuances of high-quality medical product manufacturing.
  
  
• Proactively observe production and implement effective changes to correct operating problems and optimize equipment performance.
  
  
• Lead investigations into the root causes of equipment failures, then guide and/or assist fellow mechanics in precise repair procedures and the implementation of lasting corrective measures.
  
  
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and be flexible and willing to work outside of regular hours as needed.
  
  
• Effectively manage job-related stress while fostering positive and productive interactions with all colleagues.
