Responsibilities
A leading manufacturer of over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements, known for our commitment to quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to FDA, GMP, and safety regulations while managing a team of warehouse associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and products
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and FDA guidelines
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counts
- Coordinate with production and quality departments to meet internal deadlines
- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff for performance and safety
- Oversee use and maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability of materials
- Enforce workplace safety policies and lead safety training sessions
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
