The Warehouse, Shipping, & Receiving Manager Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within our factory. This role involves coordinating with production teams, customer service and sales to meet customer delivery expectations while optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the inventory storage of finished goods after production and the components received in from vendors.
• Supervise the receiving, storage and distribution of the finished goods and components.
• Manage daily shipping activities, including order picking, packing and dispatching
• Ensure all shipments are prepared and delivered according to schedule and customer requirements
• Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock records
• Recruit, train, and manage book making and shipping staff
• Assign and delegate tasks, monitor performance and ensure adherence to company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free workspace.
• Use warehouse management and shipping systems and other tools for inventory tracking and process management.
