We're a growing electronics company looking for a hands-on, reliable, and experienced Electronic Solderer/Assembler to join our production team  

• 1+ years of experience soldering electronic components (SMT and through-hole)
  
  
• Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and BOMs
  
  
• Familiarity with ESD-safe work practices
  
  
• IPC certification (preferred but not required)
  
  

 

salary: $41,600 - $50,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components on PCBs
  
  
• Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components according to blueprints, work instructions, and schematics
  
  
• Inspect and test completed assemblies for quality and functionality
  
  
• Rework or repair defective assemblies as needed
