Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines: This includes loading programs, installing tools, and adjusting machine settings to produce parts according to specifications.
  
  
• Monitor and adjust machine operations: Keep an eye on the machine while it's running, making any necessary tweaks to ensure accuracy and address minor issues.
  
  
• Perform quality checks and inspect parts: Use precision tools to measure and verify that finished parts meet all required dimensions and quality standards.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and maintain machines: Identify and resolve operational problems, and perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance to keep the equipment in top condition.
  
  
• Read and interpret technical documents: Understand blueprints and other technical drawings to accurately produce parts.
  
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace: Always follow safety procedures and keep the work area tidy and organized.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
