What You’ll Do: Lead and support production team members during daily operations Assist the Production Manager in meeting shift goals and maintaining quality standards Set daily production targets and ensure timelines are met Ensure the work area stays clean, safe, and organized Enforce safety protocols and report any concerns Train and motivate new team members Communicate effectively between staff and management ✅ What We’re Looking For: Experience in production or industrial laundry preferred Prior leadership or team lead experience required bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift 25+ lbs throughout the shift Push/pull carts up to 700 lbs Comfortable handling soiled linens and wearing PPE when required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Team Operations: Direct and support production staff during daily operations.
  
  
• Support Management: Assist the Production Manager in meeting shift objectives and maintaining performance expectations.
  
  
• Set & Track Goals: Help implement daily production goals and ensure they are met consistently.
  
  
• Quality & Safety Oversight: Monitor quality and cleanliness standards; promote and enforce safety protocols.
  
  
• Maintain Workflow: Ensure smooth processing and packaging; report any issues to management or maintenance staff.
  
  
• Train & Motivate: Assist with onboarding and training of new team members; encourage teamwork and accountability.
  
  
• Effective Communication: Relay instructions, updates, and concerns between staff and management.
  
  
• Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
