Randstad is looking for Technical Operators in the Forney, TX area.  This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex technical systems and equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of machinery and systems in a production or technical environment.

salary: $21 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in a technical or machine operation role in a manufacturing environment.

· strong understanding of electromechanical systems, PLCs, and automated control systems.

· Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing priorities



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
