Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and accurately record daily cycle counts for components, raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, and bulk materials.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and files related to cycle counts.
- Identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Review, correct, and track issues with returns from production.
- Manage daily maintenance of room locations and negative inventory records.
- Assist in picking disposals as needed.
- Support reconciliations of inventory issues and component analysis.
- Maintain and regularly review departmental progress folders, ensuring responses within 48 hours.
- Ensure all activities adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Competent written and oral communication skills suitable for a professional work environment.
- Solid math and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and capable of working with limited supervision in a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Previous deep reach truck certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a warehouse environment and/or materials management preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, repetitive motion, and lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable with occasional temperature extremes and using personal protective equipment. Please note this is a 2 month assigment, could possbly extend for longer.
