✅ What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate a variety of production machines (manual, semi-automated, or CNC).
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and output.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or instructions.
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with minor repairs or troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures and company policies.
- Previous experience as a machinist, machine operator, or in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machine safety.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work well in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
