Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines including electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on CNC lathes, mills, and other automated equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair PLC systems, motor drives, wiring issues, relays, sensors, and control panels.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and machine documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and machine operators to support production efficiency.
- Install and configure electrical components on new or existing CNC equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all repairs and part replacements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and electrical codes.
- 3+ years of experience with CNC machinery maintenance and electrical repair.
- strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and mechanical components.
- Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs, drives, motors, and control circuits.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with electrical tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Associates degree or technical training in electrical, mechatronics, or related field preferred.
