Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and lead internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Conduct and oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections using precision measurement tools, visual inspection techniques, and detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and drive preventative measures.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Track, analyze, and report quality metrics and trends, recommending process improvements based on findings.
- Provide training and mentorship to quality inspectors and production teams to ensure consistent quality standards across all operations.
- Work directly with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies during audits, inspections, and product reviews.
