Take the lead in crane service excellence. We're seeking an experienced Senior Crane Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and certifications on all types of crane systems (overhead, mobile, tower, gantry). You’ll be the go-to expert in the field—leading jobs, mentoring techs, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and ASME standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & repair mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems
- Conduct inspections, load tests, and certify equipment
- Overhaul winches, booms, hoists, and controls
- Enforce safety and compliance standards
- Mentor junior technicians & lead field projects
- Maintain detailed service records using CMMS
- 5+ years of crane maintenance experience
- Good technical skills in hydraulics, electrical & structural repair
- Knowledge of OSHA, ASME, and load testing procedures
- Valid driver’s license; willing to travel locally

Responsibilities
A Senior Crane Technician provides expert-level maintenance, repair, and inspection for all crane types.
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot: Perform advanced diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using schematics and specialized tools to resolve complex malfunctions.
- Repair & Overhaul: Execute intricate repairs, including major component replacements, structural fixes, and system overhauls (winches, booms, hydraulics).
- Inspect & Certify: Conduct thorough safety, frequent, and periodic inspections. Perform load testing and certification to regulatory standards (OSHA, ASME). Document all findings meticulously.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and industry regulations. Identify and mitigate hazards.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and train junior technicians. Lead complex projects, sharing technical expertise.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts usage. Utilize CMMS for reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with crane technology and safety best practices. Recommend and implement process enhancements.
