Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day inventory control activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and components
- Monitor and manage stock levels, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Supervise and train junior inventory staff; delegate tasks and ensure team adherence to procedures
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to resolve material issues and support on-time delivery
- Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR)
- Generate and analyze inventory reports; support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate disposition of obsolete or excess materials in accordance with company policies
