salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Production Support: Maintain and troubleshoot all mechanical and electrical systems, from packaging machines to auxiliary equipment.
  
  
• Diagnostics and Repair: Use advanced techniques to diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  
  
• Preventive Maintenance: Work with the team to perform maintenance tasks that maximize uptime and production efficiency.
  
  
• Fabrication: Execute fabrication tasks, including welding, for process piping and equipment modifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.

Qualifications

Required:

• strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience maintaining complex machinery.
  
  
• Ability to read schematics (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
  
  
• Knowledge of electrical systems (480VAC, 24VDC).
  
  
• Experience fabricating and modifying equipment.
  
  
• Proficiency with shop tools (presses, grinders, mills, lathes).
  
  
• 1-2+ years in a related field (manufacturing, electrical, fabrication, etc.).
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with industrial control systems (PLCs).
  
  
• Experience with filling and/or packaging equipment.
  
  
• Skills in diagnosing and repairing VFDs, servo drives, and servo motors.
  
  
• Technical degree or certification.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
