Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. 
• Knowledge of Thermoforming: Understanding of thermoforming processes, tooling, and materials. 
• Safety Awareness: Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to safety regulations. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve machine malfunctions and other production issues. 
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members and supervisors. 
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, such as lifting and bending. 
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training or experience in a related field preferred 
• Experience: Experience with thermoforming equipment, including setup, operation, and maintenance. 

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time
