Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to provide technical and administrative leadership to a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring all facility equipment, processes, and systems are maintained and upgraded to safely meet production goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, managing repairs, and overseeing capital projects. The ideal candidate should also be dedicated to fostering a professional and efficient work environment that promotes continuous improvement and high-quality work.

salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Monitor the use of spare parts and inventories, reorder when necessary especially for critical components
• Use of CMMS and tracking of work orders and maintenance tasks
• Collaboration with other supervisors to schedule and plan preventative maintenance 
• Prepare reports and analyze information to make improvements to maintenance related plant activities
• Assist with daily tasks and training of maintenance technicians, including providing feedback and corrective actions
• Review performance and operations of plant equipment to anticipate issues and solve problems

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 60lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working weekends
