Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including gears, bearings, conveyors, and pumps.
- Diagnose and fix electrical issues in industrial equipment, such as motors, PLCs, and sensors (if qualified).
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to identify equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and parts replacement.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Assist in installing and commissioning new machinery and equipment.
- Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.
