Responsibilities

• Extreme Heavy Lifting: Performing frequent and strenuous heavy lifting of large, bulky, and heavy furniture or mattress products.
  
  
• Team-Based Transport: Coordinating closely with a team to safely lift, move, and maneuver furniture items across the warehouse.
  
  
• Loading & Unloading: Manually loading and unloading trucks and containers with finished goods and raw materials.
  
  
• Material Flow: Transporting finished products from assembly or production areas to staging and shipping zones.
  
  
• Warehouse Operations: Utilizing pallet jacks and other equipment to organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 100lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
