We are an international manufacturer seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our Hurst, TX facility, specializing in waterborne architectural and OEM coatings. This role involves managing staff, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining high product quality, and optimizing manufacturing processes for liquid latex paints (batch sizes up to 8,000 gallons) and packaging. You will also control inventory, troubleshoot issues, and ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production management and process optimization. (10-15 years)
- strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in the paints and coatings industry and bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus.
- Annual Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Hurst, TX. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production plant, ensure that production schedules are met, manage staff, and maintain product quality standards. Production includes batch process manufacturing of liquid latex paints in batch sizes up to 8,000 gallons, and also filling and packaging of liquid paints into containers sized from one-quart cans up to 44,000 pound bulk tankers. Additional responsibilities include optimizing production processes, controlling inventory usage, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
