Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Line Lead, you’ll be the go-to person on your shift to:
- Coordinate team efforts to meet production targets
- Implement quality control checks to ensure standards are met
- Train and onboard new employees
- Optimize workflow to enhance efficiency
- Monitor production metrics and generate performance reports
- Maintain accurate inventory logs in AS400
- Communicate clearly between production and management teams
- Keep materials stocked to avoid downtime
- Complete safety inspections and enforce safety/cGMP standards
We’re looking for someone who is not only experienced but proactive, reliable, and team-driven:
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- strong understanding of quality control, workflow optimization, and team coordination
- Familiarity with manufacturing software (AS400 preferred) and inventory tracking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and accuracy
- Leadership & team motivation
