Responsibilities

• Polish and finish sheet metal and stainless steel parts to a high-quality, reflective finish.
  
  
• Operate and maintain a variety of polishing tools and machinery, including grinders, sanders, buffers, and other specialized equipment.
  
  
• Inspect polished parts for defects, scratches, or imperfections and perform touch-ups as needed.
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine project specifications.
  
  
• Select appropriate abrasives, compounds, and polishing wheels for each project.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
  
  
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  
  
• Perform quality checks to ensure all finished products meet company standards.
