We're looking for a motivated and experienced Night Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our team in a food distribution warehouse. This is a hands-on, Monday-through-Friday position, with a focus on overseeing the night shift operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with and manage our diverse warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all night-shift warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing food products (produce and frozen meats).
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring all procedures are followed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee quality control.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably in a food distribution environment.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
