The ideal candidate must be resilient and capable of working effectively in a refrigerated environment maintained at approximately 36°F (2°C) for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Candidates can dress warmly and will receive ample breaks to warm up! This opportunity is a full time but temporary for approximately 6-8 weeks however, if the candidate performs well and there is an opening, there will be consideration for a long term temp to hire position. Responsibilities
- Carefully and efficiently inspect products on the production line, identifying any defects, blemishes, contamination, or inconsistencies based on established quality specifications.
- Accurately separate products that meet quality standards from those that do not.
- Maintain clear and precise records of inspection results, including the quantity of passed and failed products.
- Promptly communicate any significant quality issues, trends, or machinery malfunctions to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
- Strictly follow all company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and health and safety protocols.
- Keep the inspection area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
