Responsibilities
1. Oversee the MRO processes for landing gear systems, including inspections, repairs, overhauls, and modifications.
2. Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of MRO tasks.
3. Ensure all landing gear machinery meets industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
4. Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, ensuring critical tasks are addressed promptly.
5. Ensure adherence to relevant aviation industry standards and regulations (e.g., FAA or other applicable governing bodies).
6. Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee the integrity and safety of landing gear machinery.
7. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all MRO activities, including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and compliance records.
8. Oversee the procurement and inventory management of parts and components required for MRO activities.
9. Ensure that tools, equipment, and machinery are properly maintained and calibrated to meet operational needs.
10. Manage budgetary constraints and optimize the use of resources without compromising quality or safety.
