What You'll Do:
- Lead, inspire, and supervise a dedicated team through all phases of plant operations, from production and scheduling to logistics.
- Command the facility’s financial success by developing annual budgets, managing capital improvements, and driving profitability.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, implementing Lean principles to remove waste, boost efficiency, and smash production goals.
- Mentor your team through performance coaching and guidance, building a powerhouse of talent and skill.
- Take full control of inventory, product flow, and supplier relations to ensure peak operational performance.
- Foster an unshakeable commitment to safety, ensuring all policies are followed to create a secure workplace for everyone.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in a key leadership role at a manufacturing facility. Automotive/Vehicle Background highly preferred.
- Understanding of budgeting, expense management, and P&L oversight.
- Proven experience implementing continuous improvement tools like Six Sigma, 5-S, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and build a high-performing team.
- Excellent planning and decision-making skills, with the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility and general supervision over all phases of plant operations, including production, scheduling, and logistics.
- Develop and execute the annual plant manufacturing budget , manage capital improvements , and monitor operation expenses to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
- Increase productivity and profitability by removing waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies.
- Analyze workforce requirements , manage staffing levels , and conduct performance appraisals while providing coaching and guidance to the team.
- Review production schedules to ensure inventory levels are met and control the flow of product from suppliers.
- Encourage and promote a continuous improvement environment , allocating human and equipment resources to attain all established goals.
- Ensure all team members are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace.
- Communicate with engineering and product management teams to execute new product strategies.
