What You'll Do:
- Bring trucks to life by installing everything from heavy-duty snowplows and liftgates to custom utility bodies and van interiors.
- Become an expert in your craft, wiring complex 12-volt electrical systems and integrating powerful hydraulic packages.
- Use your skills with a wide range of hand, power, and air tools to assemble and mount components with precision.
- Be the quality expert, performing rigorous checks and final inspections to ensure every vehicle is built to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled pros to solve problems, improve processes, and share your knowledge.
- A passion for building things and a mechanical aptitude.

- Previous experience in automotive repair, equipment installation, welding, or fabrication is a huge plus!

Responsibilities
- Install a wide variety of truck equipment, including utility bodies, snowplows, liftgates, and van interiors, according to blueprints and work orders.
- Handle all phases of 12-volt electrical and hydraulic system integration, from basic wiring to troubleshooting complex system faults.
- Utilize hand, power, and air tools to securely assemble and mount components to vehicle chassis and bodies.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on all work, conducting final vehicle inspections to ensure builds meet company and customer standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times and collaborate with team leads and engineering on process improvements and prototype builds.
