This position includes training from the bottom to the top!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable working in an office or control center setting for long periods
- Soft computer skills such as: Excel spreadsheets, data tracking, email communication
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Clear communication skills – both verbal and written
- Willing and able to complete a virtual skills assessment
- Previous manufacturing or semiconductor experience is a bonus!
- Work in a high-tech, clean, and innovative environment
- 4-day and 3-day workweeks (12-hour shifts)
- Training provided — no semiconductor experience required!

Responsibilities
Join our team as a Manufacturing Command Center Specialist and get started with a state of the art facility and one of a kind manufacturing plant!
- Important: A required online assessment will test typing, basic math, and Excel skills (approx. 40min-1h)
- 90% of work spent tracking and monitoring manufacturing systems from an office desk
- 10% of work in a cleanroom suit, assisting with wafer carrier transfers (20–25 lbs.)
