- Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Modernization: Assist with upgrading crane systems to improve safety and functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Safety: Adhere to all industry safety standards and regulations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in crane maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
• Inspection & Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on crane equipment to ensure
optimal performance and adherence to safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, including motor controls,
wiring, brakes, and gearboxes.
• Modernization Projects:
Lead or assist in upgrading and modernizing crane systems to enhance functionality and
safety.
• Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring
compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, and HMI regulations, ensuring a safe working
environment.
• Team Leadership:
Mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training to foster skill development and
ensure quality workmanship.
• Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns, explaining technical
information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
