Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and track machinery and accessory quotations for distributors and end users, ensuring accurate pricing and discount levels.
- Manage distributor lead registration in the CRM (90-day protection, renewable), preventing conflicts and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Maintain and update customer, lead, and quote records in CRM (SAGE CRM) and support the upcoming ERP system transition through training and data preparation.
- Generate sales activity reports (quoting volume, follow-ups) for internal visibility.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support pricing and sales strategies.
- Liaise with other departments to support order processing and sales workflows.
- Provide information and follow up with sales reps, distributors, and end users to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive), Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat for pricing, documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor shared inboxes and triage quote requests and status updates.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly) to enhance communication clarity and task efficiency.
