What You'll Do:
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Repair: Lead the diagnosis and repair of challenging mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and train junior technicians, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Modernization Projects: Spearhead projects to upgrade and modernize crane systems, enhancing both safety and functionality.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all work adheres to strict industry standards (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA) and maintain meticulous records.
- Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert technical explanations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in crane maintenance and repair, with a focus on leadership and complex problem-solving.
- In-depth knowledge of various crane systems, including overhead, gantry, and mobile cranes.
- Exceptional ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Good communication and leadership skills to effectively mentor a team and interact with clients.
- Relevant certifications in crane inspection or maintenance are highly advantageous.
- Physical ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
• Inspection & Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on crane equipment to ensure
optimal performance and adherence to safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, including motor controls,
wiring, brakes, and gearboxes.
• Modernization Projects:
Lead or assist in upgrading and modernizing crane systems to enhance functionality and
safety.
• Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring
compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, and HMI regulations, ensuring a safe working
environment.
• Team Leadership:
Mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training to foster skill development and
ensure quality workmanship.
• Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns, explaining technical
information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
