In this role, you will be a key player in our quality assurance process, leading the charge on product testing and validation. You'll work closely with our engineering and quality teams to identify issues, analyze data, and implement solutions that keep our products at the forefront of the industry.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead Testing Efforts: Develop, write, and execute detailed test plans for both new and existing products.
- Mentorship: Guide and train junior technicians on testing best practices, safety, and equipment operation.
- Equipment Management: Operate, calibrate, and maintain a variety of advanced test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and environmental chambers.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex test data to pinpoint defects, analyze trends, and create clear, concise reports for engineering teams.
- Problem-Solving: Conduct root cause analysis on product failures and collaborate with engineers to implement effective corrective actions.
- Documentation: Create and manage all documentation related to test procedures, results, and equipment calibration.
- Process Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of our testing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Proven experience as a Test Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in operating and maintaining a wide range of test equipment.
