Randstad is seeking motivated and reliable Order Selectors to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Cairo, GA. As an Order Selector, you will be a crucial part of our distribution process, ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time. You'll use an electric pallet jack and a voice-activated headset to select food and food-related products from our warehouse and build pallets for delivery. Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately select and palletize products (cases of food, beverages, and supplies) by following voice-pick commands through a headset.
  
  
• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate an electric pallet jack and other warehouse equipment to navigate the facility and transport products.
  
  
• Pallet Building: Strategically stack products on pallets according to size, weight, and product type to ensure stability and prevent damage during transport.
  
  
• Quality & Safety: Conduct visual inspections of products for damage and to ensure correct item and quantity. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
  
  
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established standards for productivity, accuracy, and safety.
