Responsibilities

• Maintain and Repair Equipment: Perform preventative maintenance and repair on all HVAC and refrigeration equipment according to OEM specifications.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and Diagnose: Use your advanced knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  
  
• System Operation: Monitor and operate our energy management systems and direct digital controls (DDC).
  
  
• Leadership and Training: Guide and train junior HVAC technicians, ensuring they perform their duties correctly and safely.
  
  
• Improve Efficiency: Proactively review system operations to minimize downtime and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  
  
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
