Summary Join our 24/7 Security Service Center team, where you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and contractors needing security support. In this customer-facing and operational role, you’ll issue badges, enroll mobile devices, set up multi-factor authentication, and ensure our security processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Issue, troubleshoot, and audit employee/contractor badges.
• Manage and issue parking decals, utility vehicle placards, and photo passes.
• Assist employees with multi-factor authentication registration and troubleshoot access issues.
• Install and troubleshoot Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) on mobile devices.
• Conduct fab tool audits inside the cleanroom environment.
• Fulfill approved security requests (e.g., USB drives, fab tool accessories, badge records).
• Scan CDs, USB drives, and other media as part of the Virus Protection System (VPS).
• Manage radio registrations, maintain the security index, and track items (electronic media) entering the site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish or Korean a plus

• Familiarity with semiconductor fab environments.

Shift Options:

• A - shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• C -shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• 1st Shift : Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
