• Night Shift 7pm to 7am - 2.2.3 schedule

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and shut down injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment per specifications
   
• Perform mold changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain quality and production efficiency
   
• Monitor process parameters, making real-time adjustments to optimize cycle times, reduce scrap, and ensure part consistency
   
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process and equipment issues
   
• Maintain and document machine settings, process sheets, and changeover procedures for repeatability
   
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
   
• Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on machine operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures
   
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S/lean manufacturing standards
   
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve product quality
   
• Perform preventive maintenance on molds, machines, and support equipment
   
• Assist in trial runs for new molds, materials, or process changes, documenting results and recommendations
