Responsibilities
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of
preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the reliable
operation, safety, and efficiency of the facility. This role focuses on maintaining
critical building systems—including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical
infrastructure—while supporting production operations in a fast-paced industrial
environment. Reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safety & Compliance
• Operate with a safety-first mindset, ensuring adherence to all safety, environmental, and
company policies.
• Maintenance & Repairs
• Perform general facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, air compressor,
painting, carpentry, and lighting systems.
• Conduct preventive and scheduled maintenance, such as filter changes, inspections, and
system checks, to ensure reliability.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair facility equipment, utilities, and building systems.
• Identify equipment failures or end-of-life performance and initiate replacement processes.
