Responsibilities
Assignment of Work to all Manufacturing Personnel, Efficient utilization of resources, both equipment and personnel, to maximize department output.
• Ensure proper execution of work assigned to Manufacturing Personnel
• Responsible for satisfying all safety, quality, and productivity requirements in a cost-effective manner by supervising multiple functions.
• Lead the team on daily production, quality issues, costs and safety, delays, and overcome challenges that may occur.
• Train employees to Taylor Devices Business Instructions, Processes, and specifications.
• Maintain discipline on Shop Floor
