Responsibilities
- Program and Operate: Set up and operate CNC press brake machines, including programming with a controller (e.g., Delem, Cybelec, or similar) to achieve precise bends and angles.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on press brake machines. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Inspect parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications using precision tools such as calipers, protractors, and micrometers.
- Material Handling: Select and load appropriate tooling and materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, stainless steel) for each job.
