The ideal candidate for E-Box Assembly Lead should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical assembly, with a preference for prior leadership experience. The is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an electrical assembly team. The lead ensures all work meets quality and safety standards, particularly by interpreting schematics, conducting functional tests, and maintaining accurate records. They should have working knowledge of electrical components and safety standards, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams. The role requires organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively lead a team of 8–15 members in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Updated resume required. Shift: 6am to 2:30pm (Mandatory Overtime until 4:30pm and Saturdays based on production needs).

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations in the Electrical Box (E-Box) assembly area to
meet production targets and delivery schedules.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide hands-on support, coaching, and
mentorship as needed.
• Ensure wiring and electrical component installations follow schematics, diagrams, and
work instructions precisely.
• Perform and oversee functional testing of electrical assemblies to ensure compliance with
safety and quality standards.
• Conduct in-process quality checks, including verification of wire routing, terminations,
labeling, and connections.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, testing results, and inspection logs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues affecting
productivity or quality.
• Train team members in proper wiring techniques, assembly standards, and safety practices.
• Support and drive adherence to 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles to maintain a clean
and efficient work environment.
• Monitor material inventory and coordinate with materials management to avoid shortages
or delays.
• Support cross-training within the department to increase team flexibility and operational
resilience.

• Act as a liaison between team members and leadership, ensuring smooth communication
and problem-solving.
